Construction is about to begin on the Oxford Run drainage improvements near City Hall which is required to meet the City’s Chesapeake Bay TMDL requirements. It is intended to treat stormwater and provide more flood capacity in the Victory Boulevard drainage system. Please be aware that this work is not related to the Legacy or any other private project and will not relieve or reduce stormwater treatment and flood control requirements for any future development.
