The Planning Commission of the City of Poquoson will meet in regular session on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 500 City Hall Avenue to consider the following:
1. Presentation of recommended Constrained Capital Improvements Plan (CCIP) for Fiscal Years 2020-2024 and Beyond.
2. Amendments to existing Zoning and Site Plan Ordinances to accommodate “brew pubs” and “craft/microbreweries”.
3. Amendment to Section 1-8 of the Zoning Ordinance to clarify requirements for applications for uses not specifically permitted.
The Planning Commission will hold a work session at 6:00 p.m. immediately prior to the February 21, 2019 regular session in the Council Chambers to discuss potential code amendments.
Information may be obtained at the Community Development Office (868-3040), 500 City Hall Avenue. All interested persons are invited to attend the meeting.
