Firefighter/EMT-I Josh Hollingsworth assisted U.S. Coast Guard with a stroke patient that was brought into a Poquoson dock by a U.S. Coast Guard boat.  The U.S. Coast Guard airlifted the patient and crew into their helicopter and transported the patient to Riverside Regional Medical Center.
