Public Works oversees road maintenance, traffic light repair, drainage, and street signs. Public Works also works in conjunction with the Solid Waste Department, Sewer Utilities and Mosquito Control. Any questions pertaining to landscape debris, household garage, recycling and bulky item pickups should be directed to the Public Works office at (757) 868-3590 or (757) 868-3598. Any other requests for services should be directed to the City Manager's office at (757) 868-3000. Each request will be added to the work orders and taken in order of priority or date turned in.
