Sewer Treatment: Hampton Roads Sanitation District in Newport News charges a sewage treatment fee to all users in the area.  Bills are sent bimonthly and are based on water consumption.  For further information on sewer treatment, please call (757) 877-2019. Please contact the Finance department at (757) 868-3030 with any questions regarding sewer billing.
 

Sewer Maintenance: Poquoson charges those residents served by public sewer a flat $50.00 bi-monthly fee for sewer maintenance.
