In an effort to recover certain costs associated with the delivery of emergency ambulance transport services, City Council adopted Section 38-158 of the City of Poquoson Code which implements the charging of ambulance transport services. This will take effect on October 1, 2009.
OUR PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT:
No one will be denied needed medical transport or suffer financial hardship because of an emergency medical transport. The Poquoson Fire/Rescue Department will continue to provide outstanding, compassionate care. Don't hesitate to call 9-1-1 when you need an emergency!
