Naval Installations throughout the Mid-Atlantic Region will be conducting Anti-Terrorism exercises in mid-March, which are part of an annual nation-wide exercise. In doing so, most support services onboard all Navy installations will be limited or closed Thursday-Saturday, 22-24 March. Retired personnel are discouraged from accessing local bases for non-emergency needs as these days will be the most impacted by events. Also watch for signs noting specific hours for individual facilities (such as the Navy Exchange, Commissary, Medical Clinics, and Morale, Welfare and Recreation Facilities), which will be posted by local installations in advance.
