The City Council of the City of Poquoson will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 22, 2012 in the Council Chambers at 500 City Hall Avenue to consider the following:
A request by Fred Lowack, applicant and property owner, for a Conditional Use Permit to construct a covered deck/gazebo on the northwest side of a pier to be constructed extending from the rear boundary of his property located at 117 White House Drive, identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 13-2-3B, zoned R-1, Single-Family Residential.
