The City Council of the City of Poquoson will hold a public hearing on Monday, October 22, 2012 in the Council Chambers at 500 City Hall Avenue to consider the following:
An ordinance amending Article III. Nonconforming Uses and Structures of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Poquoson by adding provisions to allow relief of required side yard setbacks to lots in single family residential districts not meeting established minimum lot width requirements.
An ordinance amending Article I. General Provisions, Section 1-17 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Poquoson regulating the keeping of fowl in single-family and conservation zoning districts by limiting the number allowed by a single application; establishing placement, setback and sanitary condition requirements for pens confining fowl and establishing farm animal permit regulations and renewal requirements.
