Parks & Recreation: Facilities
To reserve an area in a park, hold a special event, or utilize an athletic field for play or practice, reservations are required. All reservation requests must be submitted and approved in advance of use. Groups must provide proof of proper insurance for use. Reservation Request Forms are available at the PPR Office at 830 Poquoson Avenue. The following fees are charged for use of athletic areas effective September 1, 2010.
Field reservations for 2012 must be made in advance and in writing at a minimum of 10 days in advance.
PPR reserves the right to disapprove use for any reason.
Please note that currently from now thru March 1, 2012 No field requests for dates during this time will be approved for use.
All Fields at the Park Street Little League Complex are currently closed for Maintenance until 3/1/12.

Special Events and Tournaments: All field fees apply to special events, tournaments, AAU play and games for groups not designated Community User Group Designation. Tournaments also require additional staff on duty and supervision which become the responsibility of the hosting organization for the event. Community built playground in Phillips Park. No reservations are taken for picnic areas within the Playground. The playground is located in the front of Poquoson High School. This playground is currently in Phase 1 of 2 renovations.
This complex contains three lighted fields. Two are primarily set for Little League Baseball Play and one field with a skinned infield is desirable for softball and t-ball programs. To utilize a field for use for athletic use, reservations are made at the Poquoson Parks and Recreation Office at 868-3580.
Large playing fields and park areas, located on Odd Road.
Multi-purpose fields. This site is currently home to 3 soccer fields used in the spring and fall. A walking path is also available for use once completed.
This walking trail is located around City Hall and around towards Wythe Creek Road. The walk is scenic and relaxing. 
Four lighted courts are available for use at the Poquoson High School. These courts were resurfaced in 2007. Lighting is free for use.
Enjoy boat ramp put in area and trailer parking. Put in here and you will find you are approximately only 18 nautical miles from the center of the Chesapeake Bay.
This full size football and soccer stadium is fully a state of the art turf field. Home to Poquoson High School Athletics and select PPR sports programs.
This park is located at the center of the City near Poquoson Avenue and Cedar Road is home to the Municipal Pool a small picnic shelter and softball field area.
This small building at 49 Odd Road is available for rental to individuals for parties and events. Those wishing to rent this building must be residents. Capacity for the building is 65. Reservations and 2011 rental costs are available at PPR at 868-3580. 
All usage must be pre-arranged with a written request. All forms to arrange use are available at PPR.
