Information on Facility Rentals and Use:

Odd Road Community Center- Residents Only

Odd Road Community Center: Reservations for Private Users to hold events  at the Odd Road Community Center. Please call 868-3580 for more information. Civic and Community Groups may resume meeting at the Odd Road Community Center. Group meetings and reservations  may have up to 60 people in attendance.  Please call 868-3580 to complete reservations requests.  Private Use Rental is $150 per day. Payment is due at the time of Reservation and only residents may rent the facility.

PICNIC SHELTERS Reservations for Residents only

Picnic Shelters: Reservations for use of Picnic Shelters for resident use - limit of up to 50 people at any gathering.  The City has three locations that offer Shelter Reservations: Municipal Park, South Lawson Park, and Messick Point.  Shelter Use Reservation Form Here

Summer Swim Team- Poquoson Barracudas Summer Registration and Info meeting on May 2, 2023 at 6:30pm at the Poquoson Municipal Park Shelter. Plan now to attend for all 2023 season information.


Poquoson Easter Egg Hunt  Saturday, April 8, 2023 at Poquoson Municipal Park

9:30 activities begin, hunt promptly begins at 10:00am. Bring a basket, come grab a photo with the Easter Bunny. Free. Recommended for children ages 10 and under.


Pixie Stix Field Hockey

Field Hockey for beginners! Ages 5-7 Girls.Time: 4:30pm to 5:15pm. Dates April 16,23,30 and May 7, 2023This program is designed to teach introductory field hockey skills for young players. Learn proper techniques for stick maneuvers, teamwork, strategies of the game while having fun playing field hockey.Note: Must be 5 by the start of Program.Registration for each new Pixie player includes correctly sized stick, a ball and shirt.Returning players will receive a ball and shirt only.Instructor: Darcey Chiappazzi, Varsity Field Hockey Coach.Cost: $70. per player. Returning player Cost is $50.All players must play with mouth guard & shin guards each session.Parents provide equipment. Additional non-resident fee is $10. per player.No sibling discount. Location: Turf Field behind PMS Player Minimum to hold program is 12.** Parents will need to be prepared to assist during sessions with their player be sure to wear shoes and plan to stay during sessions*

Spring Field Hockey Play and Skills Clinic

Sundays April 16, 23, 30 and May 7, 2023 Grades 2-8 skill stations and play will be grouped to skill Times: 4:30pm to 6:00pm each Sunday.Cost: $55. resident/$65. non-resident.Deadline: April 10. Instructors: Darcey Chiappazzi, Poquoson High School Varsity Head Coach.Ellie Staples PHS JV Coach.
