Who can register to vote in Virginia?
To register to vote in Virginia, one must meet the following criteria:
- Must be a citizen of the United States.
- Must live in the state of Virginia.
- Must be 18 years old by the date of the next general election.
- Must not have been convicted of a felony or judged by a court to be mentally incompetent, unless the right to vote has been restored by the Governor or a court order has re-established competence.
