The 2025 reassessment for FY 2026 Administrative Review process will be accepting applications from March 2, until the close of business on March 29. Applicants may come to the Assessor’s Office, located in City Hall to pick up an application or download the forms from the Assessor’s web page. All applications that are mailed in and postmarked by March 29, 2025 will be accepted. The Assessor will hold hearings from March 31- April 18. All applicants will be contacted confirming their appointment and hearing time.
The Assessor’s Office will also accept applications for the Board of Equalization until the close of business day on April 18. These applications will also be found on the Assessor’s web page and in the City Assessor’s Office. All applicants will be contacted confirming their appointment and hearing time. The Board of Equalization will hold appeal hearings beginning on May 5 and ending on May 16.
For both residential and commercial properties, if there is a person(s) or agency representing the property owner during the hearings, an Agent Authorization form must be filled out, notarized and submitted with the appeal forms. Please note with each application submitted that a separate Agent Authorization form must be submitted, one for the Assessor and one for the Board of Equalization.
