All potential applications must meet the following criteria:
Minimum of 21 years of age 
Must be a citizen of the United States of America 
Must possess Valid VA Operators License 
Must Have a High School Diploma or GED , some college preferred
Must be able to pass an extensive background check, polygraph, and physical 
Must not have a criminal record, or extensive traffic violations
Must be of good moral character and reputation
Must possess physical agility, endurance, and possess a positive mental attitude
